An unscheduled outage at ASIC caused CreditorWatch APIs to be unavailable from 7:12 AM to 7:17 AM on 16th September 2024.

ASIC has confirmed that the issue is now resolved. Detailed response from ASIC is provided below.

From ASIC:
Our IT team have confirmed that there was an issue this morning with an ongoing automated process that runs daily due to overnight patching that occurred. The team had to complete a manual process, which caused a small window of unavailability in Datastream, and potentially any WebServices messages also.
